Fraser Valley Bandits Voucher Packages Now On Sale
Fans of BC’s new pro basketball team given added opportunity for savings, flexibility and convenience thanks to latest tickets offering from the Bandits.
ABBOTSFORD, FEB. 26, 2019 –
Voucher packages for the Fraser Valley’s newest professional sports franchise, the Fraser Valley Bandits of the Canadian Elite Basketball League, are now on sale.
Vouchers packages are available in packs of 5 and 10, and give fans of BC’s new professional basketball team the convenience of being able to allocate a bundle of tickets across multiple games, thus allowing fans to choose to attend specific games, such as theme nights or other special promotional in-game events that the team will showcase throughout its inaugural season.
With the purchase of a voucher pack, fans will receive a package of tickets at a discounted rate, while also enjoying the flexibility and convenience of selecting games that best align with their schedule.

With 10 home games played at Abbotsford Centre, one of the Fraser Valley’s premier entertainment venues, game days will feature an electric atmosphere and will capitalize on the venue’s breadth of resources and capabilities. Bandits games will be characterized by non-stop entertainment before, during and after world-class professional basketball games designed to provide fans with memories for life and a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time with their friends, family and colleagues.
The Bandits begin their inaugural season Thursday, May 9 at 7 p.m. against the Guelph Nighthawks. Modelled after top international professional leagues, the CEBL is comprised of teams in Fraser Valley (Abbotsford), Saskatchewan (Saskatoon), Edmonton, Guelph, Hamilton and Niagara (St. Catharines). Each team plays 10 home and 10 road games using FIBA (International Basketball Federation) rules, and player and referee standards set by Canada Basketball. Rosters will be comprised of at least 70 percent Canadian players, many playing professionally in North America and overseas during the traditional basketball season.
The CEBL is the Official First Division Professional League Partner of Canada Basketball, and maintains
landmark national partnerships with U SPORTS, New Era, Spalding, Betcris and Ticketmaster. The
league’s first-ever Entry Draft will take place March 23 in Hamilton.
